Morning Stretches

Respected Parents and Guardians,

As a way of keeping the students physically and mentally active, part of the daily routine is the morning stretches. Every day, a few minutes before classes when the sun️ has risen, everyone heads down to the activity field for a session of stretching. ✨

Being students requires the girls to sit down for a long period of time. These stretching sessions are short and sweet but definitely help them to stretch out those stiff muscles, prevent any muscle aches, and back pain, and prepare their body for the long day ahead, InshaAllah.And of course, some endorphins in the early morning are always a plus point.

May Allah Ta’aala keep the students and all of us strong and healthy and accept us to be part of those who spread and establish His work of Deen for many years to come, InshaAllah. Aameen.✨
